Recap: Topgolf Fundraiser 2024

Another successful event down for Girls2Women-VA!

On Sunday, October 27, 2024, Girls2Women-VA hosted a fundraiser at Topgolf Richmond to kickstart the Fall season, and thus the start of our mentoring circles!

We had nearly 100 people in attendance for this event between mentors, mentees, community partners, Board members, and loved ones!

Our organization spent the day golfing, eating, and connecting with each other. We had mentors and mentees represented across many of our circles, including Hopewell HS, Colonial Heights MS, Goochland MS, Academy 360, Tomahawk MS, N.B. Clements Jr HS, and our Chesterfield Community Circle.

Excitedly, we premiered several new merch items, including:

T-shirts, designed by our Marketing Lead Cedricka Alexander and printed by Stephon Lawrence of Gitmor Graphixs. The shirt features the G2W-VA logo on the front, and a colorful design centered around self-love on the back.
