Established in 2018 as the sister organization to Boys to Men Mentoring Network of Virginia, Girls2Women (G2W) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides group mentoring to teenaged girls.
Our passion is mentorship. Everything we do is to create a space of empathy, connection, comfort, and non-judgement that encourages growth in our mentors. G2W does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, heritage, gender, sexual orientation, religious or political affiliation, or disability.

Chesterfield
Our mentoring circles meet weekly from October to May during the school day, usually lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour. Our circles are located in several middle schools within Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Prince George, and Hopewell; we also have a community circle that is open to high school mentees!

Circles are comprised of 8-10 girls with at least 2 mentors present at all times. We talk about topics related to the transition from girlhood to womanhood: body image, self-love, healthy relationships, mindfulness, empowerment and so much more. We also structure in days where we play games and connect with one another.

Our curriculum follows the PIES format - Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social/Spiritual. Click here to learn more about our PIES format. Click here to learn about our Core Values and how we incorporate them into our everyday practices!
