Southside's Chat & Chew was a success!

Girls2Women-VA hosted a Chat & Chew community event on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Appomattox Regional Library, led and organized by our Southside Coordinator Frenchi Jones.

We had about 50 community members attend to learn about and celebrate our organization! This was a great opportunity for our organization to connect with the Southside community as we continue to lay our roots in the area. We are thankful to all who attended and those who made this event possible, including Luca Italian Restaurant in Prince George and Kane Tyler of K&J Fitness for ensuring we were fed!

We of course want to thank our Southside Coordinator Frenchi Jones for organizing the event and Southside mentor Andrea Hayes for her help, as well!
