What We Do
Girls2Women-VA is a non-profit group mentoring organization for girls aged 12-17. With mentoring "circles" located throughout Chesterfield, Goochland, and the Richmond TriCities (Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights), the purpose of our work is to hold space where girls feel supported in their transition from girlhood to womanhood.
Our mission is to empower girls to build strong relationships and connection through group mentoring.
Our vision is for our world to have more safe spaces for girls to be authentic, empowered, and resilient.
