Vision: Empowering one girl at a time to create a stronger and safer world
Mission: To create an atmosphere of support, accountability, and integrity while empowering girls to become powerful women in society
In this time of transition and social unrest across the country, G2W-VA supports the peaceful protests and their goal of racial equality. We embrace and accept all girls wherever they are in their lives. Girls2Women-Virginia does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, heritage, gender, sexual orientation, religious or political affiliation, or disability.
We provide group mentoring to teenage girls in circles of adults and teens.
We create an atmosphere of support, accountability, and integrity while empowering girls to become powerful women in society.
Covid-19 has changed our daily lives. The health and mental well-being of our girls, their parents/guardians, and our mentors remain of utmost importance to us.
We are incorporating additional protocols to maintain safe and supportive connections with our girls.
We are currently in 6 middle schools across central Virginia
Chesterfield County (4)

Our Community Circle is for our high school girls.
These young women support one another as well as our middle school girls.
